On MacOS, you can open a CSV file in “Quick View” or “Numbers"—just press the “Space” key.
To import a file to Excel, follow the procedure:
Create a new Excel workbook
Select Data->From Text
3. Select UTF-8 encoding and Delimited option:
4. Select Comma as separator:
5. Select “.” as Decimal separator in Advanced options:
6. Finish export.
