How to Locate device Serial Number & MAC Address

Sometimes our support or sales team may ask for your device serial number or MAC address. This article explains where to find them for Atmotube PRO, Atmotube PRO 2, and Atmocube.

What are Serial Number and MAC Address?

  • Serial Number (SN)
    A unique identifier assigned to your device at manufacturing. Used for warranty, support, and RMA cases.

  • MAC Address
    A unique Bluetooth identifier (format like E9:C7:52:DD:97:21) used to identify your device during connection, diagnostics, and API access.

Option 1: Box

  • Serial number is printed on the rear label

Option 2: Mobile application

  1. Open the Atmotube PRO 2 app

  2. Connect to your device

  3. Open Application Settings

  4. Scroll to Device Info

  5. Locate MAC address and Serial Number

  2. Connect to your device

  3. Open Application Settings

  4. Scroll to About

  1. Open the Atmocube mobile app or Web dashboad

  2. Select device

  3. Open Device Settings

  4. Locate MAC address (Device ID)
