I cannot connect to my Atmotube

If you are having trouble connecting to your device, there are a few things you can check to resolve the issue.

Press the main button on the Atmotube. What is the LED color?

LED is Blue / Green / Yellow / Orange / Red.

When you press the button and the LED lights up in blue, green, yellow, orange, or red. That means the Atmotube is working normally. The LED color indicates the current AQS level.

  1. Reboot phone.

  2. Reboot Atmotube by pressing main button for ~7.5 seconds. Check "How to reboot Atmotube".

  3. Make sure you have only 1 device connected to the Atmotube.

  4. For Android smartphones, make sure you enabled the "location" permission for the app and "location" is enabled in the system settings. Read more.

LED is blinking white.

If the LED is blinking white, that indicates a hardware error. It may happen due to incorrect sensor data reading or sensor/memory failure.

Step 1

In most cases, you can resolve this by rebooting the device.

  1. Reboot Atmotube by pressing button for ~7.5 seconds. Check "How to reboot Atmotube"

If the LED is blinking white again right after a smartphone connection, please follow the recovery procedure described here: Atmotube Recovery Instructions

If the issue persists, please contact us with a video of the LED behavior.

LED is blinking red.

If the LED is blinking red slowly, this indicates low battery; please charge your Atmotube PRO. Check out: How do I charge Atmotube?

If the LED is blinking red fast, this indicates that the device is in bootloader mode. In this mode, Atmotube is waiting for a firmware upload.

In most cases, Atmotube should exit from this mode automatically after 2 minutes.

Sometimes, due to firmware updates, Atmotube can stay in bootloader mode. In this case, you should perform the recovery procedure described here: Atmotube Recovery Instructions

If the issue persists, please contact us with a video of the LED behavior.

No LED light.

If there is no LED light:

  1. Charge your Atmotube. Check out How to charge Atmotube.

  2. If there is no LED indication while charging, please use an alternate charging cable/changer combination.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact us with a video of the LED behavior.
