Check Atmotube’s Status
Press the button on your Atmotube PRO 2.
The LED should light up:
Has light → Device is powered and ready.
No light → Charge your Atmotube before trying again.
Make Sure It’s Not Connected to Another Phone
Atmotube PRO 2 can only connect to one phone at a time.
If the device is already paired with another smartphone, disconnect it there first.
Then try scanning again in the Atmotube PRO 2 app on your phone.
If your phone cannot connect to Atmotube
Remove Atmotube from your phone’s Bluetooth settings
iOS
Go to Settings → Bluetooth → ATMOXXXX → Forget
Make sure the device is in pairing mode
Press the button five times until the LED starts blinking blue.Confirm the system pairing request when prompted.
Restart Bluetooth and the App
Turn Bluetooth off and on again.
Close the Atmotube PRO 2 app completely and reopen it.
Try scanning again.
Update the App
Make sure you have the latest Atmotube PRO 2 app installed from the App Store / Google Play.
