My Phone Cannot Find Atmotube PRO 2

If your phone cannot find or connect to your Atmotube PRO 2, follow these steps to troubleshoot

Step 1. Check the LED before troubleshooting

Press the button on your Atmotube PRO 2 once and check the LED. The color tells you what state the device is in β€” and whether the issue is connectivity-related at all.

If the LED shows your device is healthy (blue, solid color, or white), continue to the steps below.

Step 2. Check Atmotube’s Status

  • Press the button on your Atmotube PRO 2.

  • The LED should light up:

    • Has light β†’ Device is powered and ready.

    • No light β†’ Charge your Atmotube before trying again.

Step 3. Make Sure It’s Not Connected to Another Phone

  • Atmotube PRO 2 can only connect to one phone at a time.

  • If the device is already paired with another smartphone, disconnect it there first.

  • Then try scanning again in the Atmotube PRO 2 app on your phone.

Step 4. Check Android app permissions

  • Granting Notification permission is essential for the background service to maintain a stable Bluetooth connection.

  • On Android 10 and 11, Location permission is also required for Bluetooth scanning to work. Go to Settings β†’ Apps β†’ Atmotube PRO 2 β†’ Permissions β†’ Location β†’ Allow while using the app. Also make sure Location is turned on in your phone's system settings.

    On Android 12 and above, Location permission is not required.

Step 5. If your phone cannot connect to Atmotube

  1. Remove Atmotube from your phone’s Bluetooth settings

    • Android
      Go to Settings β†’ Connected Devices β†’ ATMOXXXX β†’ Forget
      ​

    • iOS
      Go to Settings β†’ Bluetooth β†’ ATMOXXXX β†’ Forget
      ​

  2. Make sure the device is in pairing mode
    Press the button five times until the LED starts blinking blue.

  3. Confirm the system pairing request when prompted.

Step 6. Restart Bluetooth and the App

  • Turn Bluetooth off and on again.

  • Close the Atmotube PRO 2 app completely and reopen it.

  • Try scanning again.

Step 7. Update the App
