How to maintain a stable Bluetooth connection between Atmotube PRO 2 and your smartphone.

Some tips to optimize the Bluetooth connection between Atmotube and smartphones.

Updated yesterday

To ensure a stable and reliable Bluetooth connection between Atmotube PRO 2 and a smartphone, consider the following key factors:

1. Device Proximity

Keep Atmotube and your smartphone close together. Bluetooth works best at short distances — typically within 10–20 meters. The shorter the distance, the stronger and more stable the connection.

2. Background Operation

Make sure the Atmotube app is allowed to run in the background. Some smartphones (especially iPhones) may stop background apps to save battery, which can interrupt data transmission.

3. Disable battery optimizations

On certain Android phones, such as Motorola devices, battery power optimizations can prevent Atmotube from connecting properly. Please set the battery usage mode to Unrestricted for reliable operation.

4. Reduce Interference

Avoid sources of interference such as:

  • Wi-Fi routers and other 2.4 GHz devices

  • Physical barriers (walls, metal surfaces). Keep the Atmotube and smartphone in a clear, open area whenever possible.

5. Keep Software Up to Date

Ensure that both:

  • The Atmotube app, and

  • The smartphone’s operating system is updated to the latest versions. Updates often improve connection stability and fix bugs.

6. Optimize Bluetooth Settings

If supported by your phone, prioritize Atmotube in Bluetooth settings. This helps maintain its connection even when multiple Bluetooth devices are paired.

7. Check Battery Levels

Low battery can weaken Bluetooth performance. Keep both the Atmotube and smartphone charged to ensure stable operation.

8 Restart Devices if Needed

If the connection drops or behaves inconsistently, restart both devices to clear temporary glitches.
